| INTERIOR INNOVATION AWARDS 2011- KINNASAND receives highest award BEST of BEST |

The Interior Innovation Awards give international recognition for design, innovation and outstanding product concepts. It is considered as one of the most prestigious international design prizes of the furnishing sector.
Kinnasand have had a successful year for awards, winning the highest award 'BEST of BEST' in 2011 for the series MATERIAL STRUCTURES with the fabrics SALUT, ORI and BRISTOL. Furthermore, the object collection COLOURS UNLIMITED and the new fabric CHROMA were distinguished with the label 'Interior Innovation Award - Winner 2011
The Interior Innovation Award is presented yearly at the Imm Cologne, by the German Design Council. An international jury composed of designers, leading textile editors, representatives of the media and design institutions, has awarded 190 products out of the 500 international entries with the label 'Interior Innovation Award Winner 2011' - only 15 products were awarded as 'Best of Best'. |

Black & White |
Perhaps it should be called colour of the month. Have you considered using black & white? This perennial favorite of the fashion world can be easily translated into furnishings with stunning effect. |

Pure black can be difficult to achieve when crossed with white, as the combined weaving tends to combine to a grey colour. Mendip have achieved a true black satin on an off white base, perfect for light upholstery and curtains. Or, for a truely wild effect, consider Mendip's Siena black & silver.

SILK QUILTS
What are you going to get for grandma, partner, best friend this Christmas?
